FERRARI - 360 - Control arms rebuild (restomod)
  • This GMS rebuild service features full resto-mod (restore and upgrade) service of Ferrari 360 control arms and steering parts, to bring handling performance to new modern level in terms of precision and feedback and durability not available elsewhere on the market.

     

    First, the control arms are disassembled and wearable parts removed (ball joints, bushings, uniballs). Then control arms are abrasive blasted and powder coated and finally, new uprated, high-end wearable parts are fabricated and installed (ball joints, bushings, uniballs). This way we utilize use of OEM control arm cores, so the part numbers and Ferrari logos remain intact, while the wearable parts are significantly improved in terms of performance, fabrication materials, technology and durability, yet genuinity is not compromised in general.

     

    Our uniballs feature CNC machined 42CrMo4 housing and center axis, self lubricating PET-GL sliding medium and rubber sealed assembly. Our ball joints feature CNC'd 42CrMo4 heat treated stem and 42CrMo4 Zinc plated housing, while interior is featuring PET-GL, self-greasing sliding medium. All parts together make for lowest possible friction, unmatched durability and handling precision, while also providing rust free and maintenance free use.
