ALFA ROMEO - 4C - SLR carbon side skirts

GMS SLR carbon side skirts take the Alfa Romeo 4C’s aerodynamics to the next level — combining stunning design, race-grade materials, and CFD-proven performance. It's the latest add-on to the collection of GMS carbon aero parts.

 

Crafted from prepreg 2x2 Twill 3K carbon fiber, set of side skirt weighs just 3,990g, ensuring an ultra-lightweight, yet exceptionally strong structure that perfectly complements the 4C’s factory carbon weave. Every piece is CNC machined for a flawless, plug-and-play fit, offering effortless installation and OEM-level precision.

 

Designed with aerodynamic efficiency in mind, the GMS SLR carbon side skirts integrate dual carbon vertical winglets at the rear wheel section to generate vortex, reduce drag and increase downforce. On the bottom side, it integrates triple flexible bottom winglets at the front and rear tire sections for optimized underbody flow and reduced turbulence leading to decreased drag. CFD simulation estimates up to 5.4% of total drag reduction (depending of the rear tire width and wheel protrusion), while downforce is increased by approximately 15 kg at 160 km/h — giving your 4C sharper grip, improved stability, and a more planted feel at speed.

 

GMS SLR carbon side skirts feature light, yet strong prepreg carbon fiber sandwich plate, so each skirt is capable of over 40 kg of vertical load. Width is adjustable width (±40 mm) to fine-tune your car’s appearance and airflow balance, depending of your tire width.

 

Available in raw or high-gloss finish, the GMS SLR carbon side skirts don’t just transform your 4C into an  aggressive looking race car, but they perform and deliver results.
